Neil is a documentary film maker, writer, road protestor, squatter, Charlie Chaplin mime activist, and now a disability rights activist. A regular contributor to Squall back in the 90’s. He runs a Youtube channel called SOCPA, packed with counter cultural punch, and has recently turned over 100 hours of 90's protest footage into a series called 'The Lock 'n' Rollie Years', which is well worth a look.
